Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

On January 31, 2025, Funding Circle Holdings plc completed a purchase of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback was facilitated by Investec Bank plc, following an announcement from October 16, 2024. A total of 131,999 shares were acquired for cancellation purposes.

The highest price per share during the transaction was 128.00p, while the lowest was 125.50p. The volume-weighted average price settled at 126.7838p. Consequently, the company's issued share capital now stands at 324,149,017 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are currently no ordinary shares held in treasury.

The updated share capital figure may be critical for shareholders to determine if they must notify any changes to their interests in the company according to the FCA's regulations.
