Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

On February 24, 2025, Funding Circle Plc announced a completed share buyback of 187,567 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought from Investec Bank plc as previously disclosed on October 16, 2024. The transaction is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to repurchase shares for cancellation, reducing its overall share capital.

Prices for the shares ranged from a high of 112.00p to a low of 106.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 108.7606p. Following this cancellation, Funding Circle's total issued share capital will consist of 321,318,769 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are currently no shares held in treasury.
