Geberit Reports Steady Growth in First Half of 2025

The Geberit Group announced stable growth in the first six months of 2025, even as they navigated a challenging business climate. Sales increased by 1.7% to CHF 1,665 million, with a currency-adjusted rise of 3.9%. Despite currency losses, operating margins held steady. Operating cashflow (EBITDA) reached CHF 514 million, equating to a 30.9% EBITDA margin. This margin saw a slight decline due to one-off plant closure costs. Earnings per share experienced a 2.7% drop to CHF 10.28, but without the one-off costs, they would have increased by 1.0%.

Looking ahead, Geberit Management anticipates a net sales growth of around 4% in local currencies for the year, with an EBITDA margin projection of approximately 29%.
