Information on the number of voting rights of Gecina in April 2026

Gecina has published details regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. The real estate company has 76,792,337 issued shares, corresponding to the same number of theoretical voting rights. However, of this total, only 74,119,200 rights are currently exercisable, a slight increase compared to the previous month, March 2026, when 74,098,842 voting rights were exercisable.

This information, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), ensures the transparency of Gecina's governance. The press release also anticipates the publication of the first-half financial results on July 22, 2026, followed by an update on business activity as of September 30, 2026.
