Gecina Secures Long-term Leases in La Défense

Gecina has successfully signed two significant long-term leases in Paris La Défense, encompassing Building B and Adamas. These leases, spanning over 11 years, cover 29,000 sq.m, ensuring full occupancy for both properties. The first contract involves an 11.5-year firm lease with a global nuclear energy leader for Building B, which offers 21,000 sq.m of flexible and energy-efficient offices, effective from mid-2028.

Additionally, the current tenant of Building B, a security technology firm, will transition to an 8,000 sq.m space in the Adamas building under an 11-year lease, achieving full occupancy there. This strategic move showcases Gecina's adaptability and asset management acumen in responding to tenant requirements.

The thriving La Défense area saw a 25% increase in take-up in the first nine months of 2026 compared to the previous year, benefiting from extensive public transport options and signaling the appeal of high-quality assets.
