A key feature was the introduction of the Transdiagnostic Global Impression (TGI) Pyramid Framework, designed to offer a comprehensive view of patients' experiences. This framework is now accessible via an online platform for clinicians, patients, and caregivers.

Additionally, the event marked the launch of "The Candid Book 3," which provides practical guidance for families dealing with schizophrenia, focusing on sexual health. The conference addressed cognitive impairments and emphasized the importance of going beyond symptom reduction in treatment, advocating for a person-centred and measurement-based approach.
