Genel Energy Successfully Closes $65 Million Bond Tap Issue
Genel Energy Finance 4 plc has announced the successful completion of its tap issue, placing an additional USD 65 million in bonds. These bonds were issued under the existing senior unsecured bonds framework. The offering was priced at 104.0% of the nominal amount, attracting significant interest from both new and existing investors. The funds raised will support general corporate purposes.
A temporary ISIN (NO 0013771527) was assigned for the tap issue, with the option for redemption by February 1, 2027, at 104.5% nominal value plus accrued interest. Proceeds will be integrated with existing bonds to create a total of USD 200 million if withdrawn from escrow.
