General Assembly: Resolutions Adopted by Majority at MEMSCAP
On June 4, 2026, MEMSCAP's Annual General Meeting was held in Paris. MEMSCAP, a major player in the field of pressure sensors based on MEMS technology, saw its shareholders adopt all the proposed resolutions. This vote reflects a broad consensus among the shareholders present or represented, representing 25.20% of the voting shares.
Even though the stake represented only a quarter of the eligible shares, it nevertheless constituted 34.41% of the total available votes. MEMSCAP is thus continuing its commitment to the aerospace and medical sectors, while also supplying attenuators for the optical communications market.
