EpiSign and Geneyx Unite for Genomic and Epigenomic Advances in Rare Diseases

EpiSign Inc. and GeneyxGenomex Ltd. have announced a partnership focused on integrating genomic and epigenomic analyses to improve interpretation of rare diseases. This collaboration combines EpiSign's DNA methylation episignature expertise with Geneyx's genomic and multi-omics platforms.

The partnership introduces EpiSign METRIC to Geneyx customers, enabling integration of epigenomic data into genomic and phenotypic workflows. EpiSign METRIC automates analyzing DNA methylation episignatures for over 300 conditions and extends its capabilities to advanced sequencing technologies.
