Heights Capital Management crosses thresholds
On October 30, 2025, Heights Capital Management announced that it had crossed below the 5% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of GenSight Biologics SA. This announcement concerns 8,038,163 shares, representing 4.63% of the share capital and voting rights. The crossing of this threshold resulted from the sale of shares on the market. Heights Capital also holds warrants and convertible bonds. The warrants are exercisable until maturity, and the convertible bonds allow for conversion into a maximum of 35,482,737 GenSight Biologics shares, based on a limit price of €0.1958.
