The Payments Group Holding poursuit ses efforts d'acquisition
The Payments Group Holding (PGH), basée à Francfort, est en voie de finaliser l'acquisition de The Payments Group (TPG). Les réunions à Malte ont ouvert la voie à un alignement stratégique et à des échanges avec des investisseurs potentiels. TPG et PGH visent une finalisation rapide.
PGH vise à améliorer l'open banking grâce à des capacités de paiement transfrontalier en temps réel, y compris le traitement des cryptomonnaies. Une démonstration à Malte a permis de mettre en avant la technologie de TPG avec les stablecoins Monerium EUR au Vietnam.
TPG étudie l'utilisation de stablecoins pour les transactions à valeur stable et étudie l'émission de son propre stablecoin. PGH poursuit son étude de faisabilité dans ce contexte.
