Gerresheimer Achieves Significant EBITDA Growth in Q2 2026

Gerresheimer AG announced a notable increase in adjusted EBITDA for Q2 2026, reporting a more than 50% rise compared to Q1. Revenue reached EUR 578 million, an increase of EUR 55 million from the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 102 million, EUR 35 million higher than Q1. Despite improvements, results still lag behind the same quarter last year. For the first half of 2026, the company reported revenues of EUR 1.10 billion, with positive contributions from the Containment & Delivery Systems division due to higher demand for drug delivery devices.

The Primary Injectable Solutions division saw decreased demand for injection vials, negatively impacting its revenue and EBITDA. However, the Moulded Glass division experienced revenue stabilization and margin recovery in Q2. The Centor sale is nearly complete, aligning with Gerresheimer's plans to enhance its financial structure. The company anticipates a stronger second half of 2026, bolstered by strategic transformations.
