Gerresheimer AG Secures Extension for 2025 Financial Statements Submission

Gerresheimer AG has announced that its creditors have agreed to extend the deadline for submitting the audited 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements. Initially due earlier, the new submission date is set for September 30, 2026.

As of now, 96% of the promissory note holders, managing a total of EUR 870 million, have approved this extension. Furthermore, an agreement has been reached with banking partners under standard terms, also extending to September 30, 2026. Key credit covenants concerning debt ratios are waived up to the third quarter of 2026.

Gerresheimer AG aims to release the audited financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year by June. The company remains committed to collaborating with its financial partners to meet these new deadlines.
