Shuttle Traffic Declines in February 2026

Paris, 6 March 2026 - Shuttle traffic for Getlink's LeShuttle services recorded a decline in both freight and passenger vehicles for February 2026 compared to the previous year. LeShuttle Freight transported 94,332 trucks, marking a 1% decrease from February 2025. Since the beginning of the year, over 190,000 trucks have crossed the Channel.

In terms of passenger vehicles, LeShuttle carried 114,467 vehicles, a 6% drop from February 2025 figures. This reduction is attributed mainly to the scheduling overlap of British winter holidays and the Easter weekend. Since January, more than 235,000 passenger vehicles have been transported.

Traffic data for March will be released on 10 April 2026, providing further insights into the trends for the year.
