GETLINK: Information on Voting Rights and Share Capital
On 10 January 2025, Getlink SE published important information regarding its share capital. The company, registered under RCS Paris 483 385 142, has a total of 550,000,000 ordinary shares. These shares, with a nominal value of €0.40 each, make up the company's share capital.
In addition, the theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 784,982,112. However, the voting rights exercisable as of December 31, 2024, excluding shares deprived of voting rights, amount to 776,425,670.
Article 11 of Getlink's articles of association provides for double voting rights for shares registered in the name of the same shareholder for two years.
