Getlink Reports Stable Shuttle Traffic for July 2026
Paris, 6 August 2026 - Getlink SE announced a 4% increase in freight traffic in July 2026, with LeShuttle Freight transporting 104,032 trucks compared to 100,401 in July 2025. Since the start of the year, over 690,000 trucks have crossed the Channel using the shuttle service.
Passenger vehicle transport remained stable, with 266,605 vehicles carried in July 2026, compared to 267,359 in July 2025. Cumulatively, nearly 1,230,000 passenger vehicles have been transported since January 2026, reflecting a 2% decrease from the same period in the previous year.
These figures underscore a steady flow in both freight and passenger transport across the Channel. The August traffic statistics are anticipated for release on 4 September 2026.
