GEVELOT: Update of shares and voting rights as of January 5, 2026
GEVELOT SA, a public limited company based in Levallois-Perret, announces the status of its share capital and voting rights as of January 5, 2026. The share capital consists of 752,074 shares. This figure remains unchanged compared to the situation as of January 30, 2025.
However, the total number of voting rights decreased from 752,074 to 746,674. This decrease could be attributed to shares without voting rights or to ongoing temporary limitations on voting rights.
This declaration, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, has been filed with the AMF and appears on the GEVELOT website.
