Giant Shin Ramyun Cup Sails Down the Thames in London
Nongshim, the prominent South Korean food company known for its Shin Ramyun brand, launched an eye-catching campaign on the River Thames in London. On October 6, a giant Shin Ramyun cup, six metres tall, floated past iconic London landmarks such as Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben. This striking campaign aimed to bring the Shin Ramyun brand alive in the heart of London, engaging both locals and tourists.
The campaign's central message, "Work done. Day done. SHIN ME," encourages consumers to savor a warm, spicy bowl of Shin Ramyun to unwind after a hectic day. The installation featured visual effects, including oversized chopsticks and steam, creating the illusion of a hot bowl of Shin Ramyun.
Simultaneously, the "SHIN TO WIN" promotion is underway across the UK, offering cash prizes via scratch cards included in Shin Ramyun multipacks sold at major retailers like Tesco and Sainsbury's. This promotion runs until October 31, aiming to enhance brand engagement among UK consumers.
