Gimv Divests Stake in AlpenBlu Clinics to Impact Healthcare

Gimv has announced the sale of its majority stake in AlpenBlu Clinics, a Swiss outpatient mental healthcare provider, to Impact Healthcare. Founded by Drs. Elizabeth and Andrei Cicotti as Les Psy Réunis, AlpenBlu Clinics has become a prominent provider in French-speaking Switzerland. This expansion, supported by Gimv since 2021, includes psychiatric and psychological care centers in Geneva, Vaud, and Fribourg. Gimv facilitated growth, digital transformation, and regulatory adaptation, tripling the company's size.

Impact Healthcare, part of Swiss investment group Après-Demain, will support AlpenBlu Clinics' long-term growth and infrastructure investment. The transaction aligns with Gimv's strategy of nurturing healthcare businesses and is expected to positively impact its net asset value per share by approximately EUR 0.25.
