Global Atomic Launches C$25 Million Public Offering
Global Atomic Corporation, based in Toronto, has announced a "bought deal" public offering with Red Cloud Securities Inc. This initiative aims to raise approximately C$25 million through the sale of 28,409,091 units at C$0.88 per unit. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, enabling purchase of an additional share at C$1.15 within 36 months.
An over-allotment option by Red Cloud allows for additional unit purchase up to 15% of the initial offering. The proceeds will fund the Dasa Project and general corporate purposes. A short-form prospectus will be filed in Canada, excluding Québec, while private placements occur in the U.S. and elsewhere. The offering is set to close by January 29, pending regulatory approvals.
