Gold Mountain Delays Annual Financial Statement Filing
Gold Mountain Mining Corp. provided an update regarding its late filing of annual financial statements, previously due by June 30, 2025. The British Columbia Securities Commission had issued a management cease trade order on July 2, 2025, concerning this delay. Despite progress with its auditor, the company announced that the filings will not be completed by the initially expected date of July 30, 2025.
The company now anticipates finalizing the necessary documents by August 13, 2025. In line with National Policy 12-203, Gold Mountain will continue to issue bi-weekly updates until the default is resolved. No new material changes have occurred since the default was originally announced.
The Elk Gold Mine project remains a focal point for Gold Mountain, which is based in British Columbia and engaged in gold and silver exploration and production.
