Gold Port Corporation Initiates Groete Project Access Road Construction
Gold Port Corporation has announced the start of construction for an access road to the Groete Gold Copper Project. The road will stretch 13 kilometers, beginning at Manaka Road, and will include multiple all-weather bridges. This project is a critical step in the upcoming drilling program. Currently, planning and logistics have been initiated with heavy equipment transported to the site by barge.
Located strategically 64 kilometers from Georgetown, Guyana, and near the Essequibo River, the project aims to benefit from this major transportation route. President Adrian F.C. Hobkirk emphasized the importance of this development in advancing the drilling operations, supported by recent management changes.
