Goldcliff Explores Non-Cyanide Gold Recovery at Panorama Ridge
Goldcliff Resource Corporation has announced promising results from the recent metallurgical tests at Panorama Ridge. Tests using Dundee Sustainable Technologies' CLEVR™ non-cyanide process demonstrated an 88% gold recovery from York-zone drill core samples. This environmentally conscious method employs thermal oxidation pre-treatment, marking a significant step toward sustainable gold extraction.
Samples collected in September showcased a range of grades and lithologies. A composite sample with 0.74 g/t gold yielded 0.71 g/t gold after oxidation. The CLEVR process, with its closed-circuit, zero-effluent design, reduces environmental risks and tailings pond necessity.
Further tests are recommended to refine concentration and recovery characteristics. Goldcliff aims to collaborate with Dundee for potential development at Panorama Ridge.
