Goldman Sachs crosses a threshold in VALEO's capital
On July 23, 2026, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in VALEO, holding 5.68% of the share capital and 5.04% of the voting rights with 13,960,872 shares. This crossing resulted from an off-market acquisition and an increase in shares held by fungibility.
