Goldman Sachs exceeds 10% of voting rights in Ubisoft
Goldman Sachs International recently crossed the 10% threshold of voting rights in Ubisoft Entertainment, reaching 11.52% of the share capital and 10.64% of the voting rights. This threshold was crossed following an off-market acquisition, thus increasing their Ubisoft share portfolio.
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., through its various entities, now holds 12.45% of Ubisoft's share capital and 11.49% of its voting rights. The company does not intend to acquire control of Ubisoft or appoint a director. The shares held are primarily the result of client facilitation activities.
Goldman Sachs confirmed that it is acting alone, without collusion with other entities, and that its future decisions will depend on its clients' trading strategies.
