Goldman Sachs exceeds the threshold of 5% of FORVIA's capital

This indirect acquisition, carried out through companies controlled by Goldman Sachs, took place on October 6, 2026. It covers 11,340,369 shares, representing 5.75% of FORVIA's share capital and 4.98% of its voting rights.

This transaction includes the purchase of off-market shares and the increase of shares held by fungibility. Goldman Sachs reported indirectly owning 2,459,828 shares through securities lending and option contracts. In addition, 6,430,978 more shares are held through swap and call warrant contracts. These shares are to be exercised from 2026 to 2036.
