GRAMMER AG announced a year-on-year decline in earnings for the first quarter of 2026. The company's operating EBIT dropped to approximately EUR 18.3 million from EUR 23.9 million in the same period last year. The operating EBIT margin slightly decreased to 4.0%, compared to 4.1% for the full year 2025. Positive currency effects adjusted the operating EBIT by around EUR 4.8 million.

Group revenue fell by EUR 25.4 million, totaling around EUR 462.0 million for Q1 2026, a drop from EUR 487.4 million in Q1 2025. This decline heavily impacted the AMERICAS and APAC regions, with the Chinese automotive sector facing competitive pressures from local manufacturers. The AMERICAS saw lower revenue due to platform phase-outs and decreased commercial vehicle volumes.

Despite the adverse results, GRAMMER's Executive Board maintains its full-year revenue and operating EBIT target, anticipating significant geopolitical influence on future outcomes. The detailed quarterly statement is set for release on April 29, 2026.
