GRAMMER AG Reports First Half Results for 2025
GRAMMER AG has released its financial results for the first half of 2025, showing a 4.5% decrease in revenue to EUR 953.7 million. The EBIT also fell to EUR 24.2 million from EUR 32.9 million in the same period last year. However, operating EBIT saw an increase, reaching EUR 35.6 million, attributed to successful restructuring measures.
The company faced revenue declines in both its Automotive and Commercial Vehicles sectors due to macroeconomic challenges. Automotive revenue decreased by 4.1%, while Commercial Vehicles dropped by 5.4%. Regionally, significant revenue declines were noted in the AMERICAS and APAC, with minor growth in EMEA.
Despite these challenges, GRAMMER remains optimistic with future revenue projections at EUR 1.9 billion for the year, alongside an operating EBIT target of EUR 60 million. The appointment of Kelvin Wang as CFO is expected to strengthen financial strategies moving forward.
