Grolleau postpones the publication of its 2025 annual results
On April 10, 2026, Grolleau announced a change of date for the release of its press release concerning its 2025 annual results. Originally scheduled for April 16 after the close of trading, the release will now take place on April 22, 2026, before the market opens. The postponement is due to the impossibility of holding the Board of Directors meeting on the initial date. However, the company assures that the 2025 annual financial report will be published within the legal deadlines, i.e., no later than April 30, 2026.
Grolleau, a French specialist in infrastructure equipment for smart territories, is a key player in telecommunications, energy and green mobility, thanks to its presence in France, Italy and China.
