CRIT GROUP: Generational Transmission Complete
On December 30, 2024, GROUPE CRIT announced the completion of the generational transfer of family control. This transition, desired by the founder Claude Guedj, was concluded by the Guedj family. This approach had previously been communicated on December 16, 2024.
Following this announcement, GROUPE CRIT has updated the number of theoretical voting rights linked to the shares in its share capital. As of December 30, 2024, the company has 11,250,000 shares making up its capital, with a total of 13,623,820 theoretical voting rights.
GROUPE CRIT, recognized in temporary work and airport assistance, is listed on Euronext Paris and is part of the CAC All-shares and Euronext Family Business indices. The next financial results are expected on January 29, 2025.
