The Fnac Darty group has announced that it has received approval from the European Commission for its merger control measures related to the public takeover bid launched by EP Group. Following this approval, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) will soon announce the final timetable, including the closing date of the offer, scheduled for early November 2026.

The offer, valued at €35 per share and €81.16 per OCEANE, was already deemed compliant by the AMF in May 2026. The Board of Directors of Fnac Darty supports this offer, which was deemed fair by the independent firm Ledouble.

Relevant documents are available on the Fnac Darty and AMF websites.
