Gascogne's 2025 Annual Results: Measured Growth with Challenges to Overcome
The Gascogne Group announced a 2.2% increase in revenue, reaching €400 million for fiscal year 2025. This growth is primarily attributed to increased volumes, while selling prices remained stable. However, EBITDA decreased to €21.5 million, impacted by production difficulties related to the legacy infrastructure of the Paper business.
The current operating result turned negative at -€3.3 million, influenced by the decrease in EBITDA and the increase in depreciation. The consolidated net result was -€10.3 million.
On the financial front, a debt rescheduling and new credit lines have been negotiated to support investments, particularly in a new paper machine. The Group remains cautious about its outlook for 2026 due to global economic instability.
