Declaration of voting rights of Pierre et Vacances as of July 31, 2025

The Pierre et Vacances Group has published its regulated press release regarding the total number of shares and voting rights. In accordance with Article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code, this document provides information on the shares comprising the company's share capital.

As of July 31, 2025, the company's capital consists of 461,982,530 shares. These shares theoretically generate 461,982,530 voting rights. However, the number of voting rights exercisable at the general meeting amounts to 461,862,541, after deduction of treasury shares that do not have voting rights and the 1,130 ADPs also deprived of voting rights.
