Preparatory documents for the Pierre et Vacances AGM
The Pierre & Vacances Group has published the terms and conditions for making available the documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for February 12, 2026. This meeting will be held in Paris, at the Hôtel des Arts & Métiers, to discuss ordinary annual and extraordinary matters.
The meeting notices, including the agenda and draft resolutions, have already been distributed, ensuring transparency for shareholders. Participants can consult this information published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) and in the newspaper "Affiches Parisiennes".
The necessary documents are available online on the Pierre et Vacances website, but also at the company's head office for review, in accordance with applicable regulations.
