Update of voting rights of the Pierre et Vacances Group

The Pierre & Vacances Group has published a regulatory update regarding the total number of shares and voting rights. As of March 31, 2026, the total number of ordinary shares was 461,990,639. Each of these shares represents one gross voting right. This number includes only ordinary shares and excludes preferred shares not admitted to trading.

Net voting rights, which take into account treasury shares deprived of these rights, amount to 461,872,728. This update complies with the disclosure requirements set forth in Article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The Group's share capital remains at €4,619,917.69.
