ROUGIER General Meeting: Resolutions approved
The Annual General Meeting of ROUGIER SA was held on June 25, 2026. Chaired by Francis Rougier, it saw the approval of all resolutions submitted to the vote. These included the approval of the company and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, the allocation of the profit for that year, and related-party transactions.
The renewal of the mandates of five directors was also validated for four years, until 2030. The Board of Directors is composed of seven members, including two independent directors.
Quorum requirements and voting details will soon be available on the ROUGIER website. Furthermore, the results for the first half of 2026 will be released on October 30th.
