ROUGIER: Revenue forecast for 2025 to decline to €75.5 million

ROUGIER SA announced that its revenue for 2025 is estimated at €75.5 million, a decrease of 20.5% compared to the previous year. This decline is attributed to a drop in global demand and external factors impacting certain subsidiaries.

In Gabon, a temporary interruption of operations due to regulatory constraints led to a 23.5% decrease in revenue. This suspension has now been lifted. In Congo, a diesel shortage caused repeated shutdowns totaling 82 days, reducing revenue by 38.1%. However, a gradual return to normal has been underway since the end of the year.

Despite this difficult context, the FSC® certification obtained by ROUGIER's Congolese subsidiary consolidates its regulatory compliance and strengthens its position on the international market.
