Groupe SFPI Announces Executive Restructuring
On June 23, 2026, Groupe SFPI announced a strategic governance restructuring with the resignation of Deputy Chief Executive, Mr. Damien Chauveinc. The Board of Directors acknowledged his decision to step down immediately. In response, the group will reorganize its executive team to align with evolving market demands and strategic goals.
Mr. Chauveinc will manage the transition period before his departure in the coming weeks. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions and extended best wishes for his future endeavors. A new Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be appointed during the summer, while the Chairman temporarily assumes operational duties.
