The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has reinstated GS Chain plc on the Official List as of August 3, 2026. Trading resumed at 07:30 GMT/BST. Ordinary shares with the ISIN GB00BP38X172, valued at GBP0.000167 each and fully paid, are now listed under the equity shares category for shell companies.
This restoration allows GS Chain plc's shares to be traded on multiple recognised investment exchanges. These include the London Stock Exchange, Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and the Shanghai-London Stock Connect.
