GTT Appoints New Chairwoman with Fixed Remuneration

Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) has announced changes in its board leadership. On October 23, 2026, GTT confirmed the resignation of Mr. Philippe Berterottière as Chairman and the appointment of Ms. Catherine Ronge as the new Chairwoman. These changes will be effective from November 16, 2026. During the meeting, the Board decided on Ms. Ronge's remuneration, aligning it with existing policies.

Ms. Ronge will receive a fixed annual remuneration of €350,000 as Chairwoman, consistent with Mr. Berterottière's package. She will receive no variable or long-term remuneration and no termination benefits. However, she can access GTT's supplementary health and insurance schemes.
