GTT nominates Catherine Ronge as Chair of its Board of Directors

On October 23, 2026, GTT announced the appointment of Catherine Ronge as Chair of its Board of Directors. She succeeds Philippe Berterottière, who resigned after seventeen years of service. This appointment is part of the Board's succession plan and aims to continue GTT's strategy of innovation and growth.

Catherine Ronge is an experienced independent director, present on the Board since 2021 and Chair of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee since 2023. She brings in-depth knowledge of the Group and the sector, strengthening the predominantly independent and gender-balanced composition of the Board.

Sandra Lagumina replaces Ronge as Chair of the Nominations Committee, while Luc Gillet joins the Committee. The new committee composition aims to support GTT's governance during this transition period.
