Provision of documents for the GTT General Assembly
GTT, a specialist in cryogenic containment technologies, has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. This meeting will be held on June 16, 2026, in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse.
The agenda and draft resolutions are available on the website of the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires since April 29, 2026. A notice of convocation will be published on May 29, 2026.
Shareholders can view these documents on the GTT website. A 2025 Universal Registration Document is also available.
To facilitate access, the Assembly will be broadcast live on the GTT website, with a replay available later.
