GTT: Status as of April 30, 2026 of Shares and Voting Rights

GTT, a company specializing in systems engineering for the transport and storage of liquefied gas, has published important information regarding its share capital as of April 30, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 37,117,772. The number of theoretical voting rights, which includes shares without voting rights, is also 37,117,772. However, after deducting treasury shares, the total net voting rights amount to 37,064,515.
