Guerbet revises its Board of Directors

Guerbet, a global player in the field of medical imaging, announces an overhaul of its Board of Directors following the General Meeting of May 23, 2025. Directors' terms of office are reduced from six to four years, in line with the recommendations of the Afep-Medef Corporate Governance Code. This applies to current and future terms of office.

Two new independent directors have been appointed: Ms. Michèle Lesieur and Mr. Eric Drapé. The terms of office of Ms. Céline Lamort and Mr. Marc Massiot have been renewed. Guerbet thanks the outgoing directors and expresses its desire to collaborate fruitfully with the new members.
