Guillemot Corporation S.A., renowned for gaming accessories and digital audio, is restructuring its governance. Effective July 1, 2025, the roles of Chairman and CEO will be separated. Claude Guillemot will remain Chairman, with Valentin Guillemot stepping in as CEO.
Claude Guillemot has been instrumental in the company's growth, emphasizing innovation and strategic goals. As Chairman, he will continue to guide the company's broad strategic initiatives alongside senior management.
Valentin Guillemot, who joined the company in 2022, will take on the CEO role. Earlier, he managed operations at Guillemot Inc. in Canada and became Vice President in 2024, showcasing his leadership capabilities.
