Gungnir Resources Announces CEO Departure
On September 4, 2025, Gungnir Resources Inc. announced the resignation of its CEO, Mr. Jari Paakki, effective September 30, 2025. He resigned for personal reasons. The Board expressed gratitude for his service and best wishes for his future.
The company will start searching for a new CEO, with updates to be provided as necessary. The remaining Board will oversee discussions on the company’s future actions, including potential changes in management, partnerships, or asset sales.
Gungnir Resources continues to operate its mineral exploration projects in northern Sweden, which include nickel-copper-cobalt deposits and gold and base metal exploration areas.
