Gungnir Resources Inc. Announces Leadership Changes
Gungnir Resources Inc. has announced significant changes to its management team and board of directors. The company has appointed three new directors: Robert Danard, Kurt Soost, and Michael Gheyle. Robert Danard will serve as Interim CEO following the resignation of Jari Paakki on September 30, 2025.
Todd Keast and Chris Robbins will continue as directors, with Robbins also maintaining his executive role to support during the transition. Garett Macdonald has resigned from the Board but will remain a consultant to assist the company.
These strategic moves aim to advance Gungnir's exploration assets and ensure long-term growth and shareholder value. The appointments are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
