H2APEX and East Energy Launch Hanseatic H2 for Green Hydrogen Projects
H2APEX Nova Holding GmbH and East Energy Group have formed a joint venture named "Hanseatic H2" to spearhead green hydrogen projects in Northern and Eastern Germany. This partnership will develop four standardized electrolysis plants with a 5MW capacity each.
The endeavor aims to meet the rising demand for green hydrogen, particularly from the mobility sector, thanks to improved regulatory conditions. H2APEX's involvement brings experience from a significant 100MW electrolysis project in Lubmin, while East Energy offers established expertise in renewable energy projects.
Hanseatic H2 promises efficient project execution by using recurring technical standards, which help reduce costs and accelerate planning. The joint venture is set to contribute significantly to the regional energy transition by creating scalable hydrogen infrastructure.
