Haffner Energy: Crossing of participation thresholds
On February 20, 2026, Haffner Energy announced that a group of shareholders, Haffner Participation and Eurefi, had crossed a threshold of shareholding. This group declared that it had fallen below the 50% threshold of share capital and voting rights on January 28, 2026. The group now holds 27,279,340 shares, representing 31.15% of the share capital and 42.61% of the voting rights. This change resulted from the conversion of Haffner Energy convertible bonds, increasing the total number of shares and voting rights.
As of February 19, 2026, the group still holds 27,279,340 shares, but this proportion is adjusted to 26.09% of the share capital and 37.28% of the voting rights. Haffner Participation, controlled by Marc and Philippe Haffner, owns 18,999,000 shares, while Eurefi, controlled by Xavier Dethier, holds 8,280,340.
