Half-Year Liquidity Contract Statement for CEGEDIM
Cegedim, in collaboration with Rothschild Martin Maurel, has released its half-year liquidity contract statement as of December 31, 2025. The liquidity account at the end of the year included €310,623 and held no shares. Throughout the second half of 2025, there were 2,207 buy transactions involving 104,660 shares, amounting to €1,182,525.54. Additionally, 1,811 sell transactions occurred, involving 114,046 shares, totaling €1,298,264.41.
On June 30, 2025, the liquidity account contained 9,386 shares and €194,884. Comparing both periods of 2025 shows significant trading activity. Initially, on March 3, 2025, the liquidity account began with 19,478 shares and €64,287. These transactions comply with AMF Decision N°2021-01, ensuring market practice adherence for liquidity contracts.
